🔮 How It Plays:

Strike from the shadows with Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow! This Dimir (Blue/Black) Ninja tribal deck is notoriously fast and aggressively drains your opponents' life totals. The strategy revolves around playing cheap, unblockable creatures early, then using the "Ninjutsu" mechanic to swap them out for Ninjas right past your opponents' defenses. Whenever a Ninja you control deals combat damage to a player, you reveal the top card of your library, draw it, and every opponent loses life equal to its mana value. We designed this as a Bracket 2 deck (Core level).

⚔️ Core Strategy:

Turn one, you want to drop an evasive one-drop creature like Slither Blade, Changeling Outcast, or Ornithopter. Turn two, you swing in unblocked and use Yuriko's Commander Ninjutsu to hit your opponent and trigger her ability. To maximize this damage, the deck is packed with "split cards" (like Commit/Memory or Connive/Concoct) and spells with Delve (like Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time). These cards have massive mana values when revealed by Yuriko—chunking your opponents for huge damage—but can still be cast for cheap when you actually need to play them!
