Refund policy
Returns are accepted on unopened products within 30 days after you receive your item. Please reach out to us using our contact us page and we will get back to you. Some items, however, are non-returnable such as: Gift Cards, TCG items (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc), Paints/Adhesives, etc.
All returns must be unopened . Products that are not factory sealed or have been tampered with are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are incorrect due to our error OR if they are defective/damaged as defined by the manufacturer.
Restocking Fee
Returns not due to damage or our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping fees are non refundable.
How to Return
Contact us and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
