🔮 How It Plays:
Take command of the battlefield with Lathril, Blade of the Elves! This Golgari (Black/Green) deck utilizes an incredibly fast and explosive "Elf Tribal" strategy. Your goal is to swarm the board with cheap elves, cast Lathril early, and generate a massive army of 1/1 Elf Warrior tokens every time she deals combat damage. Once your army is large enough, you can either trample over your opponents with massive pump spells or use Lathril's activated ability to drain 10 life from the entire table at once! Because this deck consistently threatens to build an overwhelming board state and present lethal damage by turn 6, we designed this as a Bracket 3 deck.

🎯 Core Strategy:
Start the game with explosive mana acceleration using 1-drop mana dorks like Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, and Arbor Elf. Cast Lathril and use combat tricks like Wirewood Pride or protection spells like Blossoming Defense to ensure she survives combat and creates tokens. Leverage the sheer number of elves on your board to generate absurd amounts of mana with Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid. Close out the game by swinging with a lethal Overrun, or bypass combat entirely by dropping Shaman of the Pack or Skemfar Shadowsage to instantly drain your opponents based on your massive elf count!
